“Woman” is the first track from American rapper and singer Doja Cat and her third studio album “Planet Her” which was released earlier this year in June through Kemosabe and RCA Records.
“Woman” sets the tone for the album, an afrobeat infused high energy track that pays tribute to womanhood and its power, as well as the diversity of femininity. Doja Cat also makes references to other women in media, such as Rihanna, and Regina George from the infamous 2004 film “Mean Girls“.
There is no music video for “Woman“, however the official visualizer for the song is available to view via Doja Cat’s official YouTube channel. As of late September 2021, the video has over 50 million views and over 933 thousand likes since its upload in June 2021.
