“Serial Killer” is one of the many unreleased songs written by American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey. It was originally recorded in 2011, with the intent of it being one of the first tracks on Del Rey’s second studio album, “Born To Die”, which was released in 2012. It is believed to have been leaked online on the 9th August 2012.
“Serial Killer” is a track about Del Rey’s obsession with a lover, one that is almost stalker-like. The track is a firm fan favourite, and Del Rey has previously performed the track live at various concerts in the past, as well as at the Orange Warsaw Fesitval in Poland in 2016. There is no official audio upload of the song as it is technically unreleased, however a YouTube upload of the song from September 2012 by user “AdyBodgan” has over 28.7 million views as of mid February 2020.
