“Let Me Love You Like A Woman” is the latest song from American songwriter and singer Lana Del Rey. It is the first single to be released from her upcoming seventh studio album “Chemtrails over the Country Club”. The song was written by Del Rey and frequent collaborator Jack Antonoff, a producer and songwriter, who also produced the track.
“Let Me Love You Like A Woman” is a slow ballad (typical of Del Rey’s sound) where she tries to persuade her lover to leave LA and go back to a small town, where she mentions she comes from. Del Rey spends the rest of the track telling her lover that she wants to hold them “like a baby” and love them “like a woman”.
The music video for “Let Me Love You Like A Woman” was uploaded to Lana Del Rey’s YouTube channel on the 16th October 2020. The video is shot on a phone, with Del Rey singing into the camera, intertwined with shots of LA, Del Rey on stage and everyday life – mainly in black and white, sepia tone and colour. As of late October 2020, the video has 1.9 million views and 182 thousand likes.
