“Stuck With U” is the May 2020 release from pop artists Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber. The song was created to be a charity single for the charity “First Responders Children’s Foundation”, where all sales and streams of the track will go towards helping the charity supporting grants and scholarships for children of the front lines and essential workers during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
“Stuck With U” is a pop song inspired by the world’s current global lockdown, and strengthing your relationships with your loved ones while not being allowed to go outside. According to manager of both Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber (Scooter Braun), “Stuck With U” is just one out of many charity singles that due to be released throughout 2020.
The music video was released on the same day as the track and uploaded to Grande’s YouTube channel. Directed by Rory Kramer, Alfredo Flores, Bieber, Grande and Braun, and features clips of younger fans dressing up to attend a virtual prom, as well as people in quarantine. The video also features shots of celebrities in quarantine such as Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Bieber, Grande, Chance the Rapper, Demi Lovato, Gywneth Paltrow, Jaden Smith, Michael Bublé and many more. In less than two weeks since its upload, the video has received 44.8 million views and 2.6 million likes.
