Phoebe Bridgers) (Taylor’s Version) (From The Vault)” sees Swift steer away from just discussing romance and heartbreak, but also focuses on the anxiety and uncertainness of growing up. However, many music critics have compared the lyrics to that of the music business’ unstable relationships with women artists, and the pressures for women musicians to remain not only socially relevant, but to appear physically attractive in a way that society deems to be acceptable and palatable. Phoebe Bridgers, an American singer-songwriter, also features in the track, singing in the chorus and some of the verses.
