Black Magic

Little Mix

Album Get Weird

Story of Song

Black Magic is a metaphor for empowering women to have confidence to get the man that they want. In an interview with Sugarscape.com, Little Mix revealed the message in Black magic: “The message of Black Magic is basically that we are the girls with the secret potion and we’re going to give it to all the other girls that want to get the man they want to get.” Jesy Nelson then adds:”It makes them fall in love,”, then Leigh-Anne said:”But I think the potion is a little metaphor for confidence, just have a little bit of confidence and get your man”.

A “whole new sound” is what the band described the album “Get Weird” at the 2015 Brit Awards, confirming that it was completed.
