Clash

“Clash” is third track on British rapper Dave and his second studio album “We’re All Alone in This Together”, which was released through Neighbourhood Records in July 2021.

“Clash” sees both Dave and Stormzy rap about their success as rappers, as men and in their wealth and dating lives. This track does mark the rappers first collaboration musically, but they both have worked together as Stormzy had featured in two of Dave‘s music videos: “Black” and “Location”. Dave also met Stormzy back in 2014, way before Dave‘s musical career began, meeting at Stormzy‘s meet and greet for his “Dreamers Disease EP”.

The music video for “Clash” was released on the 9th July 2021 through Dave‘s official YouTube channel. Directed by Edem Wornoo, the video shows both Dave and Stormzy surrounded by cars and women while they dance at the Aston Martin factory in Warwickshire, as well as the Silverstone Circuit. As of the end of August 2021, the video had received well over 13 million views and over a quarter of a million likes.
