“Wait a Minute!” is the thirteenth track from WILLOW (Willow Smith) and her debut neo-funk album “ARDIPTHECUS”, which was released in 2015. Written by Smith and James Chul Rim, with Rim also producing the track, “Wait A Minute!” has proved to be WILLOW’s most well-known and loved tracks.
“Wait a Minute!” shows Willow trying to convince her lover to wait with her and for her, as well as discussing the trials and tribulations of loving someone; the pain, the fun and the excitement.
There is currently no music video for the track, however the audio upload on YouTube has 33.2 million views and well over half a million likes.

The rhythm and her voice carries the song, like that bass with the drums and that solo guitar just beautiful. I have to say this has become a personal favorite that I keep going back to. It brings me both joy and pain listing to it. 10/10 for me.
