“pov” is the final track from Ariana Grande and her sixth and most recent album “positions” on the 30th October 2020. The R&B ballad was written by Ariana Grande, Oliver “Junior” Frid, Steven Franks, Tayla Parx and Tommy Brown, with production done by Franks, Frid and Brown.

“pov” lyrically explores what love would be like for Grande from the perspective of her partner in an attempt to understand why they love her, as well as hoping that they will love her for who she truly is. Not much has been said from Grande regarding the song, but it is rumoured that it is about her boyfriend Dalton Gomez.

There is no music video for “pov”, but the audio video on Grande’s YouTube channel has 17.7 million views and over 517 thousand likes.
