“Heaven” is the lead single from Irish singer-songwriter Niall Horan and his upcoming third studio album “The Show”, which is due to be released in June 2023 via Capitol Records.
The pop track sees Horan contemplate the social and economic pressures of life while navigating adulthood. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Horan expanded on the song’s meaning:
“There’s so much pressure for people to hit certain milestones by a certain age – you get married at this age, buy a house at that age, have kids at some other age […] But I’ve never conformed to those ideas, and so I wanted to write about how we all should just focus on enjoying our lives…”
The official music video for “Heaven” was uploaded to Horan’s official YouTube channel on the 24th February 2023. On the 10th March 2023, the video had a total of 1.8 million views.
