In the US, the song peaked at 29 on the Billboard Hot 100, 37 on the US Mainstream Top 40, and at 21 on the US Dance Club songs. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certified it Platinum for sales over 1 million copies. ‘We No Speak Americano’ topped the charts in several countries around the world, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, South Korea, Sweden, and Switzerland. The song also reached the top 10 in several countries, including Australia, France, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, and Spain. It was certified 6 times Platinum in Sweden, 5 times Platinum in Norway, Triple Platinum in Spain, Double Platinum in both Australia and Germany, and Platinum in Belgium, Denmark, Italy, and New Zealand.
