“Still” is the sixth track from British rapper Loyle Carner and his second studio album “Not Waving, But Drowning”, which was released in April 2019. “Still” was written by Loyle Carner (Benjamin Coyle-Larner) and Kwesi Sey, with Sey also producing the song.
“Still” is a slow R&B track where Carner is questioning himself and his actions, as well as human existence as a whole, saying that if he gets hit, he’ll just get a bruise because he has “nothing left to lose”.
There is no music video for “Still”, however the audio upload from Loyle Carner’s YouTube channel was uploaded in April 2019 and currently has 260 thousand views with almost 3 thousand likes.
