“l Can’t Hear You” is the sixth track from American alternative rock band The Dead Weather and their second studio album “Sea of Cowards”. The Dead Weather is composed of four famous musicians who used to play in various bands: Alison Mosshart (from The Kills and Discount), Jack White (from The White Stripes), Dean Fertita (from Queens of the Stone Age) and Jack Lawerence (from The Raconteurs, The Greenhornes and City and Colour).
“I Can’t Hear You” was written by all members of the band, and the song is sung in the narrative of an obsessed lover, who wants their beloved to be with no one else but them. The track became more known after it appeared in a scene of popular romantic comedy, “Crazy, Stupid, Love”.
There is no official music video for the track, but the official audio upload from the band is available on YouTube. Uploaded in November 2014, the video has over 187 thousand views ad over 3,300 likes.
