“Bongos” is the second collaboration from Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion since their hit 2020 single “WAP”. It was released on the 8th September 2023 through Atlantic Records.

The pop-rap song sees the duo team up again to discuss sexual liberation and sexual freedom. However, the track wasn’t met with the some positive acclaim as “WAP”, with critics going as far to describe the track as “boring”.

The music video was released alongside the single on the 8th September 2023 on Cardi B’s YouTube channel. As of the 20th September 2023, the video had 15.2 million views.

Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B performed the song live for the first time at the 2023 VMAs.
