“Angry” is the lead single from British rock band The Rolling Stones and their upcoming studio album “Hackney Diamonds”, which is due to be released on the 20th October 2023 through Polydor Records. “Hackney Diamonds” marks the group’s first full-length release of new original music in eighteen years.
The rock and roll song begs a lover to not be angry at them, as no pain has ever been caused. The song sounds like The Rolling Stones signature sound with a guitar solo towards the end of the song. The track has received mixed but primarily positive reviews.
The music video was released alongside the single and was premiered on the Rolling Stones’ YouTube channel. Directed by Francois Rousselet, the video features actress Sydney Sweeny being driven through LA in a red Mercedes convertible. In 13 days, the video had a total of 15.8 million views.
