Portishead is an English band originating from Bristol, and the band’s name comes from a nearby town eight miles west of Bristol. They formed in 1991, and were met with critical acclaim for their debut album “Dummy”, which was released in 1994 and consisted of the track “Glory Box“, which is arguably the group’s most well known and loved track.
