A 80’s infused pop-rap track marks a new musical era for Doja Cat, and sees her remind her lover that she is a jealous woman, and doesn’t enjoy how he doesn’t seem to respect her as much as he should. A certified bop.
Florence + The Machine has returned to the music industry since her 2023 album “Dance Fever”. “Everybody Scream” is the lead single from her sixth album, and discusses her love of performing and being on stage and feeling in love with life again. We WILL be screaming this from the top of our lungs.
Sombr is bringing yearning back! “i wish i knew how to quit you” is a poetic and vulnerable love ballad about loving someone who no longer loves you. And its all wrapped with a gorgeous drum beat and sombr’s delectable voice.
A smooth R&B track with Teyana Taylor and Lucky Daye, detailing a relationship that broke down due to selfishness. With Taylor and Daye’s voices, this song is a match made in R&B heaven.
An ode to women supporting other women and not tearing them down, Wolf Alice hits the nail on the head with this track. “Just Two Girls” is a drastically different sound for the group – think Clairo-esque – but it really works. An indie track that poetically describing women having fun and not allowing the world to pit themselves against one another.
